When will my order ship?
Orders are usually prepared within 1–3 business days. When tracking is available, it will be sent as soon as your order ships. Free standard shipping is available on orders of $59 or more and is applied automatically at checkout.
How are fragile items packaged?
Every candle, vessel, and ceramic piece is carefully wrapped and cushioned to help it arrive safely.
How should I care for candles?
Trim the wick before each burn. Place the candle on a stable, heat-resistant surface and never leave it unattended or near children, pets, drafts, or flammable materials.
What is your returns policy?
Returns may be requested within 15 calendar days after delivery. Items must be unused, complete, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Contact us before sending anything.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number plus clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. Keep all packaging while we review the claim.
Does VALQIA have a physical store?
VALQIA is an online-only store based in Sevierville, Tennessee. Customer-service requests are normally answered within 24–48 hours.
